What is our shipping policy?
We provide complimentary delivery for all purchases* exceeding the Minimum Order Value (plus GST) for each area. If your Postcode is not listed, it is likely our preferred transport provider does not service the area. Call us with your order and we will manually quote and assign an available service.

The Minimum Order Value for free delivery to each area are:

$150+GST for local deliveries to Postcodes 3047, 3048, 3061, 3062, 3073, 3074, 3075, 3076.
$300+GST for deliveries within the Melbourne Metropolitan Delivery Zone, excluding local delivery Postcodes.
$400+GST for deliveries to our Major Victorian Rural Delivery Zone.
$500+GST for deliveries to our Minor Victorian Rural Delivery Zone.

$600+GST for deliveries within the Sydney Metropolitan Delivery Zone.
$800+GST for deliveries to our Major NSW Rural Delivery Zone.
$1000+GST for deliveries to our Minor NSW Rural Delivery Zone.

$600+GST for deliveries within the Adelaide Metropolitan Delivery Zone.
$800+GST for deliveries to our Major South Australian Rural Delivery Zone.
$900+GST for deliveries to our Minor South Australian Rural Delivery Zone.

$1300+GST for deliveries within the Brisbane Metropolitan and Surrounds Delivery Zone.
$1700+GST for deliveries to our Major Queensland Rural Delivery Zone.

$600+GST for deliveries to our Major Tasmanian Delivery Zone.

$3000+GST for deliveries within the Perth Metropolitan Delivery Zone.
$3500+GST for deliveries to our Perth Metropolitan Surrounds Delivery Zone.
$4000+GST for deliveries to our Major Western Australia Rural Delivery Zone.
$4000+GST for deliveries to our Minor Western Australian Rural Delivery Zone.

$4000+GST for deliveries to our Major Northern Territory Rural Delivery Zone.
$4500+GST for deliveries to our Minor Northern Territory Rural Delivery Zone.

The above excludes shipping of bulky items** which can only be shipped to Melbourne Metro addresses.
We will always try to dispatch your order a quick as possible, ensuring prompt receipt of your products. Next-day delivery is typically available for Melbourne Metro orders placed before noon.

* Each placed order must have a value higher than that stated above for the relevant business address to qualify for complimentary delivery.

** Bulky items are defined as a large item that can't be broken down from its normal form and therefore requires special handling. These items can be, but not limited to, rolls of bubble wrap and corrugated cardboard. Bulky items will only be despatched to Melbourne Metropolitan Postcodes, and the bulky item fee is:

• Orders with a total value of less than $300+GST: $25+GST per order.
• Orders with a total value of $300+GST or more: $10+GST per order.
